Perhaps Wisdom is not related to what one eats, but what leads One to fully absorb the spectrum and its nutritional components and contents of that which is on the view screen of the mind. A Rainbow is just waiting for Awareness to Release It.
Therefore wisdom unties the bow in every package that is always being continuously delivered.
