Catrien Ross on Sensing Energy Doorways in Japan’s Suicide Forest

Tuesday, May 15th, 2012 - 6 Comments

In this Energy Doorways video today, please enter with me into Aokigahara, the “sea of trees” at the foot of Mount Fuji that has become a Japanese suicide location.

I am entering Aokigahara forest, Japan’s so-called suicide forest.

This is Catrien Ross, of Energy Doorways.

For many Japanese

Aokigahara is a gloomy, scary place of death.

It is also a magnificent forest on the slopes of Mount Fuji.

Teeming with life.

Filled with fantastic formations.

Twisted, tangled roots

Clambering over the volcanic rock.

Filled with secrets

Power

Energy.

It is not a pretty place.

It is a challenging place.

A powerful place.

Aokigahara

Is now considered the second most popular suicide location in the world.

Some one hundred bodies are found here every year.

Why do people come here to die

Amid such beauty?

Is it the fantastic formations?

Is it that the depth of this forest

Resonates with the darkness?

It is a sea of trees

Unlike any you have ever seen.

Look at the roots.

The shapes.

Sense the atmosphere here.

For me, Aokigahara is filled with Energy Doorways

That lead into positive insights

To transform your life.

Fungus that looks like a toad.

Gnarled roots, covered in moss.

With secret entryways

Energy Doorways into the center of the Earth.

The suicide forest reminds me

That life is about perception and response.

In Aokigahara

It is easy to perceive the darkness

And respond by choosing death.

Fall through the trees’s roots here

And no-one

Will ever find you again.

It is a ruin of a forest.

At the same time, teeming with life.

Is it also possible

To perceive the light breaking into the darkness

And respond by choosing life?

This is Catrien Ross, in Aokigahara

Energy Doorways.

When I wrote about this forest 16 years ago in my book, Supernatural and Mysterious Japan (reissued under the new title, Japanese Ghost Stories), Aokigahara was already becoming known as Japan’s suicide forest.

I experience Aokigahara as a place of beauty and mystery and powerful energy doorways.

How was your brief visit to Aokigahara today?

Hi Catrien .. it was good to hear your soothing voice and words. A beautiful place to die .. but not to know you were going there for that purpose …

It is full of life and promise – Aokigahara is the way nature is meant to be – the coming and going … perhaps for some it is a relief to go – for loved ones not so easy.

Interesting to read and think about .. Hilary

      Dear Hilary:

Thank you very much for watching – and enjoying – my first Energy Doorways video.

I especially appreciate your comment about Aokigahara being the way nature is meant to be “the coming and going …”

So you might enjoy this new video I just made about natural Aokigahara sounds:

Catrien, the energy of this place is profound as is the story. Revolving doors of energy exist everywhere one chooses to see and feel the vibration. Your voice here is calm and soothing and echoes inner balance.

    • Catrien Ross says:

      Dear Liara:

Thank you so much for your insight.

You immediately and perceptively responded to the deep levels of energy moving in Aokigahara. They are very different from what ripples at the surface.

I especially liked your words: “revolving doors of energy” – entry and exit into and from these doors can correspond with vibrations as they are perceived.

And thank you for your comment on my voice. I feel very calm whenever I encounter the depths of Aokigahara forest – the life there is so magnificent.

Warm greetings to you from the foot of Mount Fuji – Catrien.

Hi Catrien, love the vibrations of all forests. Recently spent some time in the Dandenong Ranges and also Country Victoria (Australia) amongst the trees and roaming animals on rolling hills. The wind whispers wisdom. I am reminded that energy flows freely everywhere. Peace and contentment vibrate through everything and are detected in stillness. As you align with this frequency, it speaks through you.

    • Catrien Ross says:

      Dear Liara:

      Your forest roaming sounds wonderful.

I love your words: “the wind whispers wisdom”. It does indeed, stimulating the ears to deeper listening, nudging the heart to a more profound awareness.

And yes, as you so perceptively point out, aligning with the energy frequency within forests opens a doorway that can let this frequency speak through you.

Thank you for bringing your flow here from the forests of Australia – Catrien.
