Stop doing, simply be.
Stop stifling, simply free.
Stop straining, simply flow.
Stop wavering, simply go.
Stop doubting, simply know.
Stop limiting, simply grow.
Stop withholding, simply please.
Stop constricting, simply breathe.
Stop taking, simply give.
Stop calculating, simply live.

Awesome simplicity.
I love it!
Dr.Mani
I LOVE this!
Thank you,
Dr. Katka
PS:”Stop judging, simply observe.” 🙂
Dr. Mani, thank you for your resonance. It is always simply wonderful to see you here.
Dr. Katka, thank you so much and welcome to my blog. I actually wrote the line, “Stop judging, simply see,” but decided to keep it, perhaps for another time! So I am very glad to receive this echoing thought from you. I am delighted to meet you and hope you will visit again.
Catrien
In today’s world it seems that we are so busy and stressed most of the time that we forget to do what your thoughts culminate in – ie simply live. We should all take time out to reflect as you have done.
Allan
Allan, thank you for taking time out to stop by again. It is such a pleasure to see you here. As you say, we fill our days with so much stress and busyness we lose sight of the wisdom that all we really need to do is be aware, connected, and simply live.
Great post. Insightful and eloquently stated…as always. It really is all about figuring out how to get out of our own way and allow life to unfold the way it was meant to. Thanks for always sharing your wisdom.
Sibyl, thank you again for visiting from the alternaview. I always appreciate your insights. Your comment pinpoints the solution so well. When we get out of the way of ourselves and our stratagems we open the doorway to letting life unfold in wonder and miracle. As you perceptively point out, how to do this is central.
Wow! Catrien, this is absolutely beautiful. So simple and yet so deep. I am going to write these lines in my inspiration collection. It’s a beautiful reminder to just live.
Avani, welcome and thank you so much. I appreciate your adding the lines I wrote to your inspiration collection. You inspire readers so much through your blog. As we cope with the gloom that threatens to overwhelm us we all need reminders to simply live. This in itself is a most precious thing. Please stop by again to share your perspective.
Hi Catrien. Thanks for visiting my website and your lovely email. And especially for this post and all your work. So simple, so profound. Very nice to ‘meet’ you,
